Excellent team work. Initially worked with Nathan in the Evesham branch, when my location needs changed Nathan promptly referred me to Ellie in the Cheltenham branch. Ellie promptly responded to the many questions I had and worked with my unique circumstance ( looking for a rental flat while out of the country) Ellie made what could be a very stressful experience into a much pleasant one and even though we worked remotely, I had complete confidence in the entire process. We managed to secure a rental flat in a timely manner! 5 stars and then some!

WARNING! Tenancy process forces you to sign up for Spark energy. I switched energy supplier immediately but that didn't stop them from calling me four times a day from different numbers. I am not exaggerating here, I promise you this is how it was. Even if you do pick up, it's a machine that then asks you to wait to be put through to somebody. Make sure your phone can block calls and texts because you will be harassed even months after leaving this energy supplier. To R. A. Bennett, I say shame on you for putting your customers through this. Where you make £5 in commission, we lose dozens of hours dealing with this abhorrent company.

This has been the absolute worst agency experience. They charge a lot more than their competitors but we were ready to pay the price because they talked themselves up and made it seem like they would have the property sold in no time. Meanwhile, they managed to arrange one viewing in 2 months. They also charged us for the photos with a promise that they would be ours to use even after working with them and they are refusing to give us the photos we paid for. I DO NOT recommend this agency. Rachel Hatton and Jen Malloy have been a nightmare to work with.

This was the first house we had ever bought, so we were not familiar with the process but Robert Tomlinson made everything easy and without the stress, which I have heard other people complain about. SOLD THE WRONG HOUSE!!!

My daughter was buying her first house, a new build and RA Bennetts, Evesham were the appointed agents. Firstly, they didn't like the fact that we appointed our own mortgage adviser rather than use theirs, but I have NEVER experienced this..................they sold us the WRONG HOUSE!!! Yep we viewed the same house twice, and were shown the show home....never did anyone ever tell us we weren't buying that plot but the house next door instead. It got to the solicitor stage before it was picked up. Having looked through the windows of the house she WILL purchase (still to be finished) The kitchen spec is different, the tiles are different, the layout is in reverse. We've never been inside the house that she will ultimately own!

Can highly recommend Emma and the team at R A Bennett at Stratford. They went above and beyond what we could expect from an estate agents in pushing through our sale and purchase. The process was fraught as our buyers and our buyers buyers were with Purple Bricks. If there is one thing I've learned from this process it is that if you have a prospective buyer with Purple Bricks for your property DO NOT accept their offer if you want a smooth transaction.
