I was hugely impressed with Lily who really went above & beyond to help try and negotiate a deal with one of her clients. She is really friendly, professional and keen to help - a refreshing change from many letting agents who can present rather a "computer says no" attitude to anything which is slightly outside their comfort zone. Whilst ultimately we weren't able to agree a deal in this instance I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lily.
