GoogleWe contacted Rachel to help us sell a property on behalf of our Aunt, that had already been on the market with another local agent for 18 months. Rachel felt confident she could sell our Aunt's property and that she did, very very quickly with the help of Pauline who carried out the viewings. Rachel and co made every step a breeze even though we encountered a few hiccups along the way because our Aunt's property had a faulty lease on her flat. Nothing was too much trouble, every thing was attended to swiftly and on top of that, Rachel and the team are fantastic and utterly professional. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Don't go on those websites that tell you the best estate agent in your area based on facts, they don't work! Phone Rachel and her team and they will be truthful and realistic and get the job done. Thank you so much R A Bennett for assisting my Aunt and family to sell her home. We cannot recommend you enough.

GoogleWe used R A Bennett when we sold our family home after the death of both our parents. All of the team were very friendly, professional and helpful. Accommodating us all the way through to completion. Some even going above and beyond to assist in a matter that arose from a property we were purchasing, that wasn't on their books. We were all so grateful that we choose them over others. Would recommend to anyone wanting to sell their property.
