A really excellent service from Dal Bains and Megan at Bennett's. Everything was done quickly and professionally and we actually completed the letting process in 24 hours, once I'd identified a property that I wanted to rent. Dal was also a huge help in that he prepared everything and minimised my own admin to two brief visits and an online form. He resolved every problem and he was also warm and empathetic, understanding that the process feels stressful for the person renting. Megan has continued the service. Everything is resolved quickly and effectively with minimal disruption to normal life. It's made the whole process a pleasure and I have moved into a property that I really like, in an area that I like.

One of the best estate agents we have been to. Megan Couldn’t have been more helpful, such a lovely person and was there whenever we needed her ! Couldn’t thank her enough !! Only took her a week to find us a place! and we said we needed to move asap. She’s fabulous!

Megan is really helpful. She gave us a comlete introduction of the property, and a real kind welcome from the town with a big smile as well. It is really brilliant to rent a well-decorated property in the lovely town. Really recommend this agent. Thanks.

This agent is the perfect one to work with. I could find the best suitable house for me within 1 day. My special thanks goes to Dal Bains / Lettings Manager at Stratford Upon Avon. He is really good at his area. I talked him in the morning, I could visited the house in the afternoon at same day. Next day after reference check I could sign my contract. He knows his customers very well. And can match right landlord with tenant at once. Also he always answers his phone and helps. Thank you.

Emma and the team at Stratford-upon-Avon gave us excellent service - from recommending houses and arranging viewings, all the way through to completion. They have helped us both buy and sell houses and they made it an easy process, keeping in touch all the time and always simplifying problems.

Having never sold a property we were unsure what to expect from an estate agent but were beyond impressed with Emma and her team. Throughout the sale we were continually updated with any progress/queries. The whole team are professional but friendly and approachable making the process as easy as could be. We would definitely recommend R A Bennett

R A Bennett got me my dream apartment. Megan Long did a masterful job, negotiating on my behalf to get me what I need. As an international student, getting an apartment can be difficult. However Megan and the whole R A Bennett team were clear, communicative, positive, and helpful the whole way through. Highly recommended.

I've rented through R.A.Bennett for just over a year now, and they have always been professional, punctual, and ready to go above and beyond to solve any issues. A special shoutout to Megan Long, who is an absolute diamond and credit to the branch! She did everything possible to find me a new property with a swift turnaround, managing to get me sorted within a week or so of the first inquiry. I can't thank Megan enough - she has consistently supported me through what is typically a very stressful process. 5 Stars Megan, you're brilliant!

Like many people I didn't have a very high opinion of estate agents but when my Dad chose Bennetts to sell my parents' house, I was impressed straight away by Emma's efficiency, integrity and kindness. Lauren and Claire were also good. We were pleased to get offers in quickly and to secure buyers. My only criticism would be that communication with us was sometimes patchy and it sometimes felt like individual members of staff were not talking to each other and passing information on.

We have just recently purchased our first house through R A Bennett. The team (Emma, Robert & Lauren) have been fantastic. Incredibly helpful, patient and proactive throughout the whole process, which made things a lot easier for us. Especially as we were first time buyers, this was greatly appreciated!

Emma at R A Bennett & partners has been extremely helping during our house sale and purchase. She was representing our vendors yet was extremely supportive of us during the whole process as we had horrendous solicitors (not recommended by Emma but selected by us I hasten to add). During the process i experienced a very sudden bereavement and Emma was very understanding and supportive given the unusual situation. Highly recommend

I'm moving to Stratford-on-Avon for the first time and Megan and Leah have been invaluable in helping me find a flat to rent. They've been friendly and supportive from start to finish - in fact I made a note when I first called up that Megan was really helpful, and this has been proven several times over! Thanks for everything you've done to make the moving process quick and simple.

We purchased our new home through R A Bennett in March having just moved in this week. Emma and the team have been superb throughout what can only be described as a difficult situation with a long chain that was constantly having issues. Emma kept us updated with honest and in depth information which was very much appreciated. She was incredibly proactive in her approach which we honestly think held the whole chain together and eventually got us over the line. Both Emma and Lauren were extremely patient, helpful and genuine and we could not recommend them enough. Thank you for everything x

Megan has been amazing and incredibly supportive and helpful. My partner and I were on a tight schedule, and she has pulled out all the stops in finding us the right property. Her communication has been excellent and definitely provided the best experience I've ever had with a lettings agent. I can't thank her enough.
