GoogleI had a virtual viewing via WhatsApp booked in. They did not call on date or time of viewing. I emailed to query what the issue may be. I telephoned on the Monday at least 6 times and left 3 voicemails. No one gave me the courtesy of a response. Or returned any of my calls. How can a company operate like this. Farcical to be frank and clearly do not give two hoots about reputation or their business. Embarrassing

GoogleWe were away whilst the tenant was moving in and had a few issues with the tenant and need to find another one. Both Jasmine and Ellouise were brilliant, they just sorted everything for us without a problem. I couldn't recommend them higher

Great bonus was to see that Kristina and Sophie wanted to make things work for both buyer and seller instead of telling the buyer off every time there was a problem and that is what made the deal happen in the end. GoogleSophie and Oliver did a great job at selling my house in town. They pitched the sale at the perfect price and targeted the right prospective buyers. I had 13 offers on my house, which Sophie vetted and gave me a report on. There was no pressure put on me to go with their "known" buyers. It took approx 3 1/2 months from the agent"s initial viewing to sale completion. My only criticism of the branch would be that there needs to be someone always available to pick up the phone. Anything house related is stressful and voicemail adds to frustration. Emails were usually responded to within 24h. All in all a great service and a better experience than with previous house sales. GoogleI cannot recommend R A Bennett enough, due in large part to the wonderful Sophie. If you are looking to sell your property, go see her (and the rest of the amazing team) at once. From the moment she first came to see my place, throughout the sales process, and even just after completion she was supportive, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and unfailingly kind. She even put me in touch with an estate agent in the area I was moving to when I said that house hunting was proving tricky. I am so grateful that we went with R A Bennett as every person we spoke with in the course of the sale, on the phone or popping into branch, made us feel that we were in safe hands through a somewhat nerve-wracking process (special mention to Kristina and Adam too!) Thank you all!
