GoogleThis branch is amazing .Rachel Hatton was my agent and working with her has made my frist time home selling a smooth experience, she truly cares what you need and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all information required to make the right decision. I did get to meet some of the team members and they were also as friendly, upbeat and professional as Rachel.

GoogleThe team were very helpful fitting me in with a viewing last minute. Provided me with a video of the property for my partner to view even though she could not make it. Google10/10 Service from R A Bennett when selling our home, Gemma was absolutely incredible she was always on hand to help us with any questions or worries that we had. Gemma also sold our house in under two weeks of putting it on the market and even found us the perfect buyer! we couldn't ask for anything more and would highly recommend.

Terrible service. Poor knowledge of pricing and market conditions. When you do talk to the office they are underprepared to help with queries. Dismissive of legal issues which more professional solicitors have given advice on just highlights that the staff are out of their depth and experience.

I tried to book a viewing via this company’s Stratford office today. I seriously wonder if they actually had the property to view. If they do, they are letting down their sellers badly. We are cash buyers and, whilst I appreciate they need to make sure we have funds, their off hand and intrusive questioning was annoying and inappropriate. As house buyers we will take our custom elsewhere.

GoogleWe found the whole experience from start to finish professional and personal. All concerns and any questions were dealt with in a professional manner. Because of this we managed to sell the house within four days of being put on the market. Since the house was sold, we have been getting a weekly update, On the progress of the sale. Any concerns or inquiries the other side had, we were helped and guided by R A Bennetts. Would I recommend RA Bennett's, the answer is Yes. If things go as well as they have for us, selling your property will be a more pleasant experience.
