Qube have managed my property for over 2 years and are fantastic. They communicate all issues relating to my property immediately and manage all issues professionally and fast. Tenants are referenced and sourced quickly, all landlord obligations eg PAT testing carried out within budget. Would highly recommend as always professional and great communicators .
