GoogleWe got in touch with Pygott & Crone following seeing a house we wanted to view. Edward called back on the same day and booked us in for when we were next available. We then became available before so rung back up to change the date and they were really flexible and got us in earlier. Edward has been incredible to speak to, he’s been informative and has offered us other properties to look at which met our requirements. He was prompt booking the viewings in and answering any questions. Emily was very helpful in providing answers to questions I had about a property which assisted us in making an offer. Emma was an absolute delight showing us round, she was very informative, friendly and polite. She put our offer in straight away and Edward handled the negotiations incredibly well. They’ve been a pleasure to work with in our first step of home buying. Thank you all so much. An additional edit as of 12 August 2025: We have been working with Alisha for a couple of weeks from Pygott & Crone as she has been our go-between on behalf of the sellers for the property we’re purchasing. Alisha has been really helpful throughout the process replying to emails quickly and updating us every week on what was outstanding. She has managed to maintain this level of communication despite how busy she is and we are really grateful for how attentive she has been with us throughout the process. Towards the end of the process, she made sure we were well aware of if there would be any hiccups and kept us updated for the eventual completion date. We genuinely couldn’t be happier with the response we’ve received from all the staff we’ve worked with at Pygott & Crone but especially Alisha, Ed, Emily & Emma. They have made the whole process amazing from start to finish. I’d easily recommend working with any of them.

GoogleExcellent service from Pygott and Crone. Our house sold a week after going on the market. The Director, Kevin had a good understanding of our older property and Tommy was very helpful and supportive in the early stages and the rest of the team were available throughout the process.

From day one, the team was incredibly helpful, professional, and proactive. Jodi provided a detailed valuation, offering valuable information about both my property and the wider housing market. Nicky was brilliant at guiding me through the process of moving, explaining each step clearly. She was always available to answer questions, even addressing things I hadn’t thought to ask, which really helped put my mind at ease. Charlene was a pleasure to deal with when it came to arranging viewings. The care and attention she showed, along with her excellent communication, made it clear she genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome. Tracy was a godsend once a buyer was in place and I’d found a new property. Her updates were frequent, and incredibly helpful, not just regarding my sale, but also with information about my purchase and the rest of the chain. She liaised with other estate agents and solicitors, which made a potentially stressful part of the process feel much more manageable - all of the things I thought I would have to be doing with chasing updates she had already done for me. Having a physical branch where I could pop in and have a chat every time I had a question or form to complete made it so much easier and more personal. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pygott and Crone to anyone thinking of selling their home.
