GooglePurchased our first home through Pygott and Crone, and they were fantastic from the first phone call through to exchange/completion. Couldn't be more helpful, brilliant with communicating what was going on from both sides. Tracy Earth was really amazing, and we can't thank her enough for everything!

The communication from this agency is absolutely shocking. Expect to wait at least 24, 48 hours for a reply to even the simplest of queries, which makes the whole process unnecessarily stressful. On top of this, I was told I would have to keep broken furniture in the property, which says a lot about how little care they put into the homes they manage. Overall, very poor experience, slow communication, rude service, no empathy, and no willingness to support applicants. I would strongly recommend avoiding them

I viewed a house via Pygott and Crone that looked good on the brochure, but looked terrible in reality. I know estate agents enhance photos but to photo shop them is not right. The front bedroom window looked good on the photo, just a little too white on the left hand side. It was actually rotten. The shower cubicle also looked good, but that too was full of mold.

GoogleSo helpful from start to finish. Alisha was particularly helpful in progressing the sale. She was patient when answering my questions and communicated with me frequently to make sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next. This was really appreciated as a first time buyer. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleI’m currently in the process of completing a house purchase with the Grantham branch. The small team have been welcoming and helpful, from the initial viewing with Luke through to Matt and Mark at Stonebow keeping me updated with the legal and financial side. Simon and particularly Demi have been outstanding with regular phone calls to advise about progress with the sale and make the whole procedure feel personal. Not having purchased a house since the 1990’s, it all seemed daunting at first but the team have been very professional and explained the many aspects that I needed to know. The regular updates have been very reassuring and made the whole process much more straightforward than I was expecting. Many thanks to the team; great job!

GoogleAlthough not our agency, Tracy and I, along with my agent Conor, worked together over a sustained period to try and minimise the chaos, try and fine out exactly what was reality and what was untruths being used, managing the incompetency of one of the lawyers practices, some lower agents and some very naive or simply stupid clients further down the chain. They say moving is the most stressful thing to manage- this was absolutely true in this case however Tracy’s tenacious approach and laughter helped make it a little easier, also managing her client in a very professional way to ensure the circle our end was as closed as it could be. The sold sign disappeared the day after as well, a sign of good management I’d say. Well done Tracy and Pygott team.👏

GoogleWe bought a property via the estate agents recently after moving from Nottingham to Hibaldstow. We needed a fair bit of help in lincs end not knowing the area but Pygott & Crone were with us all of the way through to moving in on 1st September. We have moved homes many times but these agents cannot be faulted and without them it would have been more stressful they helped at every issue we had. Thanks to the fantastic staff! If we should move again across the area we know who to contact!
