GoogleI had a great experience viewing properties with Purple Frog. The viewing was organised quickly, easily and at a time convenient to me. A special mention to Fran who was extremely knowledgeable on the property and gave a relaxed and friendly, but informative and respectful tour of the property.

Googleas a student I would definitely recommend using purple frog even if you are just looking and seeing what’s around. Really great and helpful customer service from Janade who answered all of our queries. Was a welcoming surprise how attentive, reliable and forthcoming he was with arranging viewings and keeping in regular contact.

GoogleTrying to find a house which is good for you can be challenging and stressful. But purple frog made it so much easier for us, especially Abder helped us a lot. Finding a new house and finishing the paperwork process was so easy thanks to purple frog.

GooglePurple Frog are a great student property business who have helped me and my friends find accommodation within Selly Oak, Birmingham. Georgia has been an excellent help in finding us our third property for this academic year! She listened to our main requirements and found a few houses which were within our budget. Although we were worried we had all left it too late, Georgia was very helpful and quick with finding us a place! Would definitely recommend Purple Frog to any student!

GoogleWhen initially moving into my student shared house, we found many issues such as the wifi, which was not sorted properly for around 3/4 months. Communication was poor and most of the time unclear on what was going to be fix or replaced etc. However towards the end of the year we was there for, the service improved. I want to say on behalf of everyone in the house, a big thank you to the letting assistant Janade. He has been a huge help and the best point of contact. I understand issues happen with houses but it’s how the problem is dealt with which Janade has been great staff member to trust to get things done. Very professional too. Overall, I would recommend renting from purple frogs if you live in Selly Oak, very convenient location too. The two handy men who work for company are great guys, thank you both for always putting up with our house falling apart! And lastly, thank you to the property manager Akash :)
