GoogleAvoid at all costs. If i could give zero I would. 2 days into student tenancy water was pouring down the walls which blew the electricity. There is also no wifi despite this being included within the contract. There is zero ownership or accountability at the agency of the issues being experienced and despite numerous calls/emails nothing seems to be getting done to resolve the situation. Recommend you look elsewhere

GoogleI honestly can’t praise Mia enough! I needed help finding a way to add more storage to my new house, and what I was asking for wasn’t necessarily the easiest or most straightforward request, but she has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process.
Her communication in particular has been exceptional. She responded to every single email, was always so friendly, patient and helpful, and really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She asked all the right questions, listened to the details of what I wanted, and gave genuinely helpful recommendations and suggestions along the way.
It’s quite rare to come across someone who communicates this well and makes you feel like they genuinely care about helping you find the right solution. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she made the whole process so much easier and less stressful for me.
