GoogleCurrently living here and it’s one of the worse experience when it comes to living situation. Before you move in it’s all smile and giggles, all fake. After you move in, the company couldn’t care less about you nor your situation. -The company constantly had viewings in my house which isn’t a problem itself but what was a problem with as the staff letting themselves into my and other roommates rooms without knocking. Or even letting viewers into our rooms without telling them to knock. Once even attempted to do a viewing with one of us sleeping. -The wifi in our house is currently down due for whatever reason. They have not been helpful in the slightest. Tried calling the out of hours office for help only for one of the workers Nadine to tell either ignore our phone calls or lie that they’re having a training day saying that she’ll send over the important information that we needed to help our situation.. (Mind you her background was loud with people talking and laughing) -The bathroom when I first moved in was disgusting with previous tenants’ hairs on the bathroom floor. Wasn’t until a few months later they finally decided to hire a cleaner. -One of the contractors who came to “fix” something in the house used one of my roommates hard hats and misplaced in the sink. so much more issues. Honestly if I could move out and get my money back I would but to move out would require me to pay them £50 again to swap tenancies. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to stay in

GoogleAsked to arrange a viewing. They called me up, told me it would be arranged for a viewing in a weeks time and that I would get a confirmation text and e-mail, which I did not receive. Fast forward to the next week and I got a text a day before the viewing, asking me if I was available during a time slot they provided, to which I responded yes. Just under 3 hours later they messaged me back saying that they would not be able to carry out the viewing and asked if I wanted to schedule a time slot for the next week, to which I again said yes and asked for available time slots. No response. Dodged a bullet, clearly.

GooglePurple frog are very quick with their emails and when you have finished viewing a property they follow up with a call or a text asking how it went. I had the pleasure to have Hollie one of the estate agents to show me around the properties she did a very good job of answering our questions and told us what we needed to know.

GoogleFran was super helpful in finding me a new studio for next year. She's been really friendly and communicative during the process which was really helpful as I was very nervous looking by myself. I managed to find a place that I really loved and she talked me through the whole process. This is my second time using Purple Frog and I'm glad I did :))
