House agent> me and my friend went for a house viewing an agent of purple frog > his name is Nathan. He was on time, very nice guy who briefed me and my friend every single details of all the houses. So 5/5 for him. W.app chat > The first point of contact for a house is w.app bot, which I dnt like, the one word replies, not being clear and everything. So I'll recommend a human touch tbh. 1/5 Over all my experience with P.frog is pretty amazing. Everything is happening super fast without a delay. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a place.

The worst living experience I have ever had. Wouldn’t recommend it to my dog mate. Promise’s were made by the estate agents and landlord's. My landlord even blocked my number when I explained to her that the other housemates were messy and she just assumed it was the whole house contributing. I literally showed her messages from the group chat of my housemates and videos/photos and she just brushed of it.

They were very manipulating. They lied. They pressured me into renting an apartment that was advertised incorrectly when we asked they didn’t tell us at first and they did not refund me the holding deposit that we paid. Avoid at all costs.

Would give zero stars if I could. We had an absolutely dreadful experience with Purple Frog as our estate agents and property managers in 2022/23! Hardly ever replied, shop never open, calls always directed Birmingham. If you are a student, steer clear!
