GooglePurple frog served as an interface with another letting agency which I was directly dealing with when I was moving flats, and they were really helpful. Amanpreet who is a staff at Purple frog helped me sort out the keys to this new flat and she made sure I was settled in the flat before she left.

The name "Sudio Apartment View" doesn't do justice to the spectacle that unfolds right outside the windows. Whether it was the glistening city lights at night or the serene beauty of the sunrise, each moment spent gazing out of those windows was a feast for the eyes and soul. GoogleDo not under any circumstances use Purple Frog or live in 3 Hinton Road, We had serious mould in the house for 3+ months and was only sorted when they sent someone to paint over damp in a room for a viewing and he said he’d come back to sort it, they didn’t even send out a plumber to look at a broken radiator in a room in winter for 2 months after numerous complaints leaving the room damp and causing Mildew, they have also held our deposit for 12 weeks when we were told 3-5 days. They have blamed the landlord numerous times when the landlord did his job by agreeing the deductions and Purple Frog didn’t process the payment. Fair play to Andrew who is the only one who was useful and actually explained the process to us instead of the usual ‘I’ll pass it on to my manager’’ Once again, under no circumstances should you use Purple Frog in Bristol, complete shambles of an estate agents!

GoogleDO NOT RENT FROM PURPLE FROG. Black mould in the bedroom. Managers don't answer the phone or emails. They say one thing one day then the opposite the next. nothing gets done. GO ELSEWHERE.

GoogleOne star is generous. Unfriendly Staff, Don't get anything done, took 7 months to fix the boiler. Don't rent from purple frog.

GoogleStay away from this unprofessional company especially if you are a student. Slugs in the living room and kitchen, black mould on bedroom walls, holes in the ceiling so every time someone had a shower it would leak downstairs. All these were told to the estate agent and nothing done. Students in my house now have medical issues because of the damp and mould.

GooglePurple Frog has a lot of good accommodation options for students and their staff is great too. Amanpreet, one of their staff members, was the one who showed me properties. She is really humble, sweet and knows her way around this job. Kudos !

GoogleStaff is generally not caring. Issues with the house take ages to be fixed.

GoogleVery ungrateful and quite racist while I moved in. Faced a lot of situations where my requests were not taken seriously. I moved in literally a week later, that as well unhappilly! I would recommend you to try other agencies who are quicker and more professional than purple frog’s sluggishness.
