This is purely because of the fact that you install payment meters on the property. I have rented from PFP for 12yrs and had a DD with my energy supplier and my new property with PFP has a payment meter installed and it is an absolute joke trying to get rid of them

Everything was ok just simple things needs to be improved , when I ask what kind of neighbor's we have Tom couldn't say he didn't know anything about and when we got the peace of paper to call the gas the number wasn't valid so need to be updated and bit more professional
