Had a very lovely lady help me out this week, I had a leaking tap I noticed on the web site that only if it's an emergency will they come out. But I am disabled and she said no problem and put the order through. Next day the most grumpy plumber ever turned in full antivirus gear, he was complaining it was not an emergency and why was he called. I thought grumpy old git he will get paid regardless, so places for people if you could have a word with your emergency plumber who attended 202 parmentergate court Norwich nr1 1pf and have him adjust his attitude towards disabled people it would be appreciated . Your company is fantastic and very caring in this time of extreme stress.

GoogleI moved in last November (2018) and absolutely love my house. Compared to other new builds I've purchased before, it had extras like higher ceilings...deeper skirtings... stove in the lounge - that gives a feeling of a high spec. Sally, the sales girl, was excellent. It took a long time for my house to sell but she kept in touch throughout, without any aggressive sales patter, and I ended up getting the plot I wanted, with the layout (open plan lounge) I wanted too. Once in, Graeme, the site agent, looked after any little snagging that needed done, with a friendly, approachable touch. Thank you Zero C for my lovely home.

We are living in Guildford View Sheffield S22nz In this terrible time ,we cannot praise the staff enough. They are all trying to keep us safe and our spirits up . A special Thankyou to the cleaner single handed she keep the lift stair wells toilets corridors clean also finding time to ask if we have any rubbish that needs taking to the bins They are a lot of vulnerable people in here and Kym Gleeson keeps us all informed by P A system and the written word We are so glad that in our 80s we came in Guildford . We not once have not felt lonely or unsafe especially now . A addded bonus is the views of the gardens which the gardeners keep beautiful at this time of the year daffodils crocuses snowdrops in abundance such a joy Barbara Albert Sherritt

If I could give a ZERO believe me I would. The one star is because the property remains standing!!! The block of flats in Wollaton are atrocious, basically paying for an expensive hostel. The flats haven’t been refurbished since at least 1980! Mold on most of the walls and they don’t care about their tenants in the slightest. Look at their website and look at the flats their offering in Nottingham! Absolutely disgusting. AVOID PLACES FOR PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS! £350 for a 1 bedroom flat in a block?!!! That has a communal tumble dryer and thin walls and damp!.
