Love the flat, area is perfect for me. The process was very easy. The lady who assisted me in the application, viewing, etc was great, very helpful. Repairs done efficiently. The only downside is the state of the flat, even though I got £100 B&Q vouchers it’s nowhere near enough to sort the flat out. Not one room was presentable. I will get sorted it’s just going to take time, but I’m going to be very happy here

Regardless of this current epidemic I was able to be re housed. People for places are a great housing association to be a tenant of. The transition was really straight forward whilst respecting government guidelines. The fact we had to do an individual viewing certainly was not a show stopper. The ladies who dealt with me were brilliant. Happy with the portal which is easy to use. Been happy with odd repairs that have been carried out and time allocated to carry them out. On the the hole I am one happy tenant. R.Glover

I was without heating or hot water for a week because I wasn’t told I needed to have my gas supply uncapped. On the phone most people were unhelpful. The man who actually came and sorted my heating was wonderful

On moving in boiler leaked and ruined the new carpets and Christmas lights and decorations ruined also. It took five days to fix and super heated water was wasted incurring further costs. Now water tepid..It took residents to find and fix leaks both boiler and kitchen. No info given on how to use antiquated heating which would have helped. The leak put a neighbours health at risk and flooded his electric supply.No follow up has been received to date.

You were very helpful but I had a heating engineer to sort my heating out which he did but I have no idea how it works i put it on all day setting and it goes fine then around 6-30pm it switches itself off, I should have a pamphlet so I no how the timing at works which settings mean what, the guy that came was OK and friendly but I still don't know how it works

After I was offered my flat, I was a little nervous regarding how smoothly things would go, but i was pleasantly surprised, everything from the paper work to the viewing and signing for the flat went fantastic, and all of this was helped by the very friendly staff. I am extremely happy with my new flat and the condition of the flat was spot on. thank you for helping to make my transition easy and stress free.

What a lovely stress free experience I have had with places for people. Mandy and Beverly have made sure everything has been ready for my move into my new home and have been nothing but kind and warm towards me. Everything was completed within 48hours of accepting the property and any tweeks to the property were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Working full time myself I was dreading the complications of moving and these ladies totally took that away with their wonderful work and caring nature. I love my new home and have contact with Beverly who still treats me with kindness and dedication to my requests. I can't praise them enough... Thank you x

I'd never heard of places for people before and was a bit apprehensive when a property became available with them as I have dealt with some questionable letting agents in the past. I spoke to Mandy who was kind, informative and made me feel very relaxed. She made sure I had all of the information I needed as well as being patient with me when I needed to gather information. I felt totally at ease. I was shown the property by Beverly who as just as excited about the house as I was. She was safe and informative and generally a lovely person. Any issues I had she was there a short time later with a solution.. That gal gets things done! Withing 48hours the property was mine, these ladies swift and thorough work made the whole process simple and actually fitted around my working day! I can't praise both ladies enough for everything they have and continue to do for my big move. Thank you so much and keep up the good work x
