Donna from the Customer Services Centre was absolutely amazing, what a lovely lady! I called up today to ask some difficult to answer questions and she was so informative and professional. Such a friendly person and I even had a little laugh, for me that shows great customer service skills. What a credit to the talent of the customer services team and Places for People. Thank you so much for being a pleasure to speak to and not making me feel rushed at all, i did not feel like i was calling a ‘call centre’ but rather someone who general cares and wants to help as much as they can, it was so nice considering how many calls you must be receiving in the run up to Christmas. Thank you generally so much for being amazing!

VERY GOOD EXCEPT FOR ....

The service was very good but the fact that the let had to be started immediately upon acceptance is difficult as most people have to give a month's notice to their existing landlord. In my case I had to pay and extra two weeks rent as the two lets overlapped. Apart from this the service was friendly, efficient and safe.

I wanted to give some positive feedback due to the support I've been getting, mainly from Regan Spence during a difficult time. She's been very helpful, supportive and friendly when it came to our talks and she is very understanding. Also I wanted to add, at the very beginning I was speaking to a lovely lady called Lorraine Smith-Moore who was also very lovely and friendly and gave me useful advice. They have both been really considerate. Also Karice from the Mansfield area rings me back pretty much right away to help out, and she has done what she can to help, again very friendly. All staff including receptionist have all been very friendly and compitent.

I have been a tenant with places for people for a year and a half and although I am leaving because I have outgrown my property. I just wanted to personally thank regan she has been amazing she is always there at the end of the phone trying to help and support in finding another property or to give her words of advice and although we was wasn’t successful in finding a new property regan did everything she could for me and I have no doubt if I was able to stay regan would of still done all she could.It has been the toughest year with the pandemic but her support has been outstanding especially through these very difficult times for us all and I couldn’t thank her enough I wish you all the best Take care
