GoogleI dealt with Greg at Pedder East Dulwich to purchase my first property, and cannot say enough about how helpful he was. There were no intrusive sales tactics, just polite, informative and generous support throughout the process and beyond. I highly recommend Greg and the ED Pedder team and would definitely look to them again if buying or selling in the area in the future.

On the sale, recently completed Jack and George were excellent, kept us up to date through regular update emails and ensured that there was a minimum of hassle. And achieved a fair value! Highly recommended

Will stepped in when Cameron was away on holiday for a few days, ensuring we were able to secure the flat almost immediately. Thanks guys

GoogleA number of people recommended Pedder to us when moving to South London and they were excellent from start to finish. Highly professional but also massively personable, the process was really easy from start to finish. Special mention should be made for Harry Penfold who is possibly the best agent I have dealt with in over a decade of renting and buying in London. Really helpful and friendly, attentive but not too pushy, and he found our perfect place based on our criteria.

GoogleI have never experienced a such high level of customer service from any agency or letting agent in the past. Cameron really went above and beyond to ensure our engagement went smoothly and quickly. We were working to a tight deadline and faced a couple of obstacles but Cameron was always available for a call. Pedder management, if you are reading this, give Cameron a promotion!!

GoogleOur experience with Pedder has been wonderful, with George, Jack and Sophie all helping us to find the perfect house for our family. They really understood what we were looking for and didn't try to pressure us to view places that didn't fit our needs (or our budget!). George was very patient with us while we worked our way through the buying process, and made time for us to visit the property as much as we needed. Hopefully we won't need to sell or buy again for some time, but we would certainly recommend Pedder in East Dulwich to friends.

Despite our first offer not working out, he made sure to keep us informed of any other properties on the market that suited our needs. He went above and beyond and made it extremely easy for us to communicate and answer all of our questions whatever the time of day. He is a super friendly, professional and honest guy. GoogleWe have had an excellent service from Pedder and would not hesitate to recommend them. Jack and George sold our house immediately, and it has been an entirely smooth process. The whole team have been understanding of what it means for a large family to move house, very accessible in terms of our questions about the process, and swift to respond. All in all communication has been excellent, and we have felt supported by a very experienced team. We have been really pleased with our choice to sell our house through Pedder. Thank you.
