GoogleWe've recently completed our sale with Pedder in Brockley - the team has been really great; very professional, responsive and made the process much easier than it might have been otherwise. Jake was always available for a phone call and responded quickly to queries, especially when it came to explaining the details of the process. I was really impressed with their effectiveness with contacting all parties in the chain and general approach to helping us with our move. We've already recommended Pedder to friends in the area.

GoogleCraig and the team at Pedder absolutely smashed it out the park! Having had my property on the market for many months with other agents and having little luck, Craig quickly secured two asking price offers. The second of these was seen through to completion and Craig was always on hand to keep things moving and ensure the process went smoothly. He's also gone above and beyond, providing market research to assist me with my onwards purchase (even though I'm not buying through Pedder), which has been very helpful. I'd highly recommend that anyone looking to sell or rent a property in the area give Pedder a try.

GoogleExcellent Estate Agent. They came to the property within two hours of my initial call. I inform them of of the date the property would be ready for occupation. George Clark had prospective tenants viewing the property weeks before it was ready for occupation . Not only did George let the property on the date requested he also got the rate I was looking for. George is always there for you. I thank him for an exceptional service, not forgetting his team, Craig and Sinead. Full marks to all concerned especially George. Excellent

I give him personally 5 stars for his attention to details, patience, social skills and straight-forward approach. Many thanks to Daniel for turning the sale over to Alexander.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

The process took a lot longer than hoped with lock-down intervening but thankfully the Pedder team steered it back with their experienced, professional support and advice. Daniel and his team were very easy to deal with and we'd definitely recommend!
