We have had a very poor experience as landlords with this company. Our tenants are not paying the rent and the company does not even answer our emails. We were not informed that our tenants required a guarantor until the day before they moved in when we were finally presented with the paperwork. This is despite the offer being accepted almost 2 months beforehand. We had multiple offers but for some reason Pedder chose this couple. Now when we need support pedder are nowhere to be seen. Unfortunately we are not rich landlords and have a mortgage to pay and this is quite challenging for us. Wish we had used a different company

The representative in Crystal palace doesn’t know the letting price and conditions on letting. The property is 3250, he told me 3500. There was restrictions to the letting that he not aware of and doesn’t know where to find it on the details of the advert. I had to point him to where it is and in return, comes back very rude, typical. Productivity is not by color or race but by what your brain will deliver. I don’t understand putting up a rude attitude where clearly you don’t know what you’re doing.

GooglePedder's have been our letting agents for many years when we had to move out of town due to a change in job locations. Initially we were under Robin's wing then continuing with Derek holding fort as property manager. They are friendly, professional and quick to help resolve maintenance matters.

GoogleWe’ve had such a positive experience with Derek as our property manager whilst living in our flat in West Dulwich for nearly two years. He’s been incredibly helpful, proactive and efficient throughout, always quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing a great service. We really appreciate all his help and would happily recommend Derek and Pedder to anyone!

He has been incredibly diligent, responsive and helpful, and has consistently gone the extra mile to help us with anything we've needed. What I particularly appreciate is that Derek takes ownership of things and follows them through. He's always been approachable, communicates clearly and has made managing the property considerably easier for us. We've really appreciated all his help and would have no hesitation in recommending Derek to other landlords.

GoogleHad a bad experience with Pedder when trying to view properties and trying to engage for more viewings. Did one viewing where the agent sent to do the viewing knew 0 about the property and have since been stonewalled on any further properties with no explanation which is quite surprising given their reviews, and frustrating for a single first time buyer looking in Forest Hill.
