Best estate agent in SE London

Josh, Natasha and team at Pedder were fantastic throughout the process. Keeping things moving across the chain was quite painful, but they were proactive and worked incredibly hard to keep it together. I really believe that with another estate agent we might have lost out on the house that we wanted to buy. I was able to call and get regaular updates and was always treated as a valuable customer. If you're selling your home in South East London, there is not a better estate agent!

Great staff and great service 😊

I couldn’t recommend Pedder any more highly, especially after an awful experience using Purplebricks to manage my first tenancy. My property manager Pia was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She always responded promptly and gave me guidance when there were issues I wasn’t sure how to approach. With the property being on the older side, there were a few maintenance problems here and there, but these were quickly resolved. The fully-managed fee was definitely worth the lack of stress!

We bought our house with Pedder Brockley and had a great experience. We had been looking for a while and had mixed experiences with estate agents- some were chaotic and several were untrustworthy. However Pedder and Alp in particular was definitely the best agent we worked with, so I was really glad that we ended up buying the house with them. Alp was very friendly, diligent and proactive, making sure we always were kept informed and moving the process along without being pushy or chaotic. Most importantly we didn’t feel like he was trying to con or manipulate us. Would highly recommend and wish more agents worked like this!

Couldn't recommend Pedder (and Callum) more!

Callum at Pedder has been the most incredible estate agent and helped us find our dream flat in East Dulwich that we completed on today! After a couple of viewings he quickly recognised exactly what we were after and got us an early viewing at this flat which was a perfect fit. Throughout the process he's been absolutely excellent, always speedy to reply, knowledgeable and friendly. He even took time on a Saturday to let us and our family revisit the flat pre-exchange to get measurements. Thank you Callum for going above and beyond. We bought our first family home with Pedder Crofton Park, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience as first-time buyers. Our estate agent, Alp Kilinc, was kind, helpful, and courteous throughout the whole process. Pedder Crystal Palace - superb professional service

I really cannot rate Pedder, Crystal Palace highly enough. Natasha Best sold my one bedroom flat in Crystal Palace in June 2026. Pedder found a buyer within a month or so of listing my flat in January 2026. Communication with Natasha Best and Pedder was SO easy - they always answered the phone and got back to me quickly. Natasha and I encountered the usual hurdles including a challenging management company and through Natasha's superb communication skills with my buyer and me and our solicitors, the sale was completed 6 months later. I honestly believe that without Natasha's calm, professional and knowledgeable skills, my sale probably would not have happened. She also through the lettings side of Pedder found a property for my tenants seamlessly to coincide with completion with my buyer. I have never dealt with such efficient and professional estate agents in my life - thank you Pedder and Natasha Best for an incredible service.
