GoogleHad a bad experience with Pedder when trying to view properties and trying to engage for more viewings. Did one viewing where the agent sent to do the viewing knew 0 about the property and have since been stonewalled on any further properties with no explanation which is quite surprising given their reviews, and frustrating for a single first time buyer looking in Forest Hill.

We’re particularly disappointed to hear that you felt you were not given sufficient information during your viewing and that you subsequently felt you were being ‘stonewalled’. This is certainly not the case, nor is it the level of service we strive to provide, and it is not reflective of the feedback we typically receive from our customers. All of our properties have a detailed information form containing key information about the property and answers to 99% of the questions buyers are likely to have. We’re also sorry that you missed out on the property in question, which received multiple offers shortly after coming to the market and ultimately sold for well in excess of its asking price. I have checked our system and can see that we have continued to send you details of suitable properties that we believe may be of interest to you. GoogleI couldn’t recommend Pedder any more highly, especially after an awful experience using Purplebricks to manage my first tenancy. My property manager Pia was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She always responded promptly and gave me guidance when there were issues I wasn’t sure how to approach. With the property being on the older side, there were a few maintenance problems here and there, but these were quickly resolved. The fully-managed fee was definitely worth the lack of stress! Great staff and great service 😊

My currently property manager Derek is always quick to respond, prepared to answer any questions questions I have and resolve an issues. I really cannot rate Pedder, Crystal Palace highly enough. Natasha Best sold my one bedroom flat in Crystal Palace in June 2026. Pedder found a buyer within a month or so of listing my flat in January 2026. Communication with Natasha Best and Pedder was SO easy - they always answered the phone and got back to me quickly. Natasha and I encountered the usual hurdles including a challenging management company and through Natasha's superb communication skills with my buyer and me and our solicitors, the sale was completed 6 months later. I honestly believe that without Natasha's calm, professional and knowledgeable skills, my sale probably would not have happened. She also through the lettings side of Pedder found a property for my tenants seamlessly to coincide with completion with my buyer. I have never dealt with such efficient and professional estate agents in my life - thank you Pedder and Natasha Best for an incredible service.

Josh, Natasha and team at Pedder were fantastic throughout the process. Keeping things moving across the chain was quite painful, but they were proactive and worked incredibly hard to keep it together. I really believe that with another estate agent we might have lost out on the house that we wanted to buy. I was able to call and get regaular updates and was always treated as a valuable customer. If you're selling your home in South East London, there is not a better estate agent!

GoogleReally happy we used Pedder East Dulwich. David, Callum and the wider team were great from start to finish. We ended up with the purchasers solicitors asking many many many questions which meant the process took time. Callum, in the main, kept good dialogue going between us and the buyers which really helped. Very pleased we chose Pedder from the agents we met. If we had another property to sell in East Dulwich we would use Pedder again.
