General Pedder services are ok but won’t say they excel. We have been using them for managed letting agent for several years now - fees are high and the property managers vary in quality. The sub -contractors coming in to do the work however are absolute joke, shabby work and often have been to called back for multiple fixes and they charge you each time

We had such a lovely experience house hunting with Tahlia. She was incredibly proactive with sending us listings that fit our criteria the moment they came up, finding us our perfect property within a couple of weeks. Once the process of getting referencing completed, documents signed and deposits paid had begun, she was incredibly efficient and communicative throughout the entire process, ensuring we were never kept in the dark. We’re moving into the property at the end of the month, and Tahlia has ensured the entire process has been calm, clear, and exciting. Could not recommend her, and Pedder, enough!

GoogleWe've been trying to find a flat to rent for the last couple of months, and despite not renting through Pedder, Tahlia has been great. She consistently sent us new properties a couple of times a week, keeping the options coming even though we were quite picky and pushed back on many. Almost none of the other estate agents we dealt with bothered to stay in touch like that, so we really appreciated her effort and consistency throughout our search.

Callum Melrose ,Sales Manager, worked extremely hard on our behalf in selling our house. He is an excellent communicator and kept us up to date at every stage of the move. Having not moved house for over 30 years we needed someone who could listen and who could explain all the steps along the way. Callum, as well as David Yuill, both very personable, professional and experienced, made our move go very smoothly.
