GoogleI have had lots of dealings with Pedder since 2012. They have been involved in fundraising events at my son's school since then. I have also sold a flat and a house through them as well as rented for 3 years and bought through them. During so many dealings I have got to know many members of the team well. I would always recommend speaking to Nick Manley who is the director of a number of branches and is based in Herne Hill. They have provided me with a great service and are very professional, I hope not to be moving for a while now, but if I was to again, I would always go back to Pedder.

GoogleI can not thank Reinis Pauls (and the team) at FH Pedder enough for being a great agent on my recent house purchase. Reinis (Ray) was always helpful, polite, calm and just well informed on every level. He was particularly helpful when I encountered a hiccup at exchange and the seller almost pulled the plug (not helpful) but he kept everyone calm and we got over the hump. I would 100% recommend Pedder after my experience and intend to use them again in the future.

GoogleA very professional company to deal with from start to finish. They attract the best tenants and do all the appropriate checks etc. As a landlord who has used a few agencies in C.Palace, I would say these guys are the best in all aspects.

GoogleWould not recommend. Consistently poor service over the four years we lived in our last property, so much so that the landlords eventually changed the terms of our contract specifically so we wouldn't have to deal with these people directly any more.
Special mention goes to the agent who managed to accidentally send us a remarkable amount of identifiable information of other tenants over a short space of time.

Twice now i've emailed the Dulwich branch via rightmove and had to chase them up to book a viewing as they don't bother to call back. There are a lot of agents out there in a very competitive market so i would have expected much better service from them
