I couldn’t recommend Pedder any more highly, especially after an awful experience using Purplebricks to manage my first tenancy. My property manager Pia was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She always responded promptly and gave me guidance when there were issues I wasn’t sure how to approach. With the property being on the older side, there were a few maintenance problems here and there, but these were quickly resolved. The fully-managed fee was definitely worth the lack of stress! Great staff and great service 😊

Did one viewing where the agent sent to do the viewing knew 0 about the property and have since been stonewalled on any further properties with no explanation which is quite surprising given their reviews, and frustrating for a single first time buyer looking in Forest Hill.
