GoogleI had such a good experience with Sarah from Pedder - she is such a nice and helpful person! She was super helpful, really friendly, and gave excellent, helpful advice. She made the whole process of house hunting so much easier, I would absolutely recommend Pedder and Sarah in particular!

GoogleWe recently bought a property through Pedder and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Sarah, our agent, was particularly helpful and friendly. We are first time buyers and she was patient with us, answering all our questions and really guiding us through the purchase. We met a lot of agencies throughout the process and Pedder (and Sarah) were by far the best! When we come to sell the flat, there's no doubt which agency we would choose :)

GoogleCraig and the team at Pedder absolutely smashed it out the park! Having had my property on the market for many months with other agents and having little luck, Craig quickly secured two asking price offers. The second of these was seen through to completion and Craig was always on hand to keep things moving and ensure the process went smoothly. He's also gone above and beyond, providing market research to assist me with my onwards purchase (even though I'm not buying through Pedder), which has been very helpful. I'd highly recommend that anyone looking to sell or rent a property in the area give Pedder a try.

GoogleWe bought a house on the borders of West Dulwich/West Norwood through Pedder’s and were really pleased with the efficiency and the quality of customer service. Our agent, Toby Drewitt, was very helpful and kept us informed at every stage of the process. Toby resolved all the issues we raised very quickly and was always contactable on the phone or by email.
