GoogleBuying my first flat was more complicated than anticipated (solicitors leaving, chains breaking etc). Without the help of Sarah Hickmott (Pedder Property Consultant) the outcome would not have been successful. She was able to talk to all the parties involved, made sensible suggestions and kept things moving. She is a skilled communicator, joined up thinker and remarkably calm!

They got us a speedy initial sale - and then, when the chain unfortunately fell apart several links lower down, they found us a new buyer within 2 weeks, enabling us to keep hold of the house we're buying. GoogleGwenno Hughes at Pedder is a fantastic estate agent, and has helped us immeasurably in finding and renting our flat. She has been supportive and quick to communicate, rigorous in handling the paperwork and processes, and has cut through problems that could be convoluted to provide us with convenient and easy-to-understand solutions at every juncture. If not for Gwenno, our experience of finding a new home would have been very different, and we’re grateful to have her in our corner. We can’t recommend her highly enough!
