GoogleJust want to say a massive thank you to Kolade and Dan for helping me to get my car started on Monday afternoon. If it wasn’t for their help getting my car jump started I think I’d still be sitting in the car park now..... Not a property review, I know, but nothing was too much trouble for these guys. I know where I’ll be heading the next time I need to find a property or breakdown service! Thanks again

GoogleKolade Giwa, at Pedder Forest Hill has been great in helping me find my next home. He distinguished himself to me from many other estate agents I've met by being humble, respectful, genuine and overall very helpful (and patient) with the issues and questions that I encountered. Well done Kolade and thanks.

GoogleGwenno was amazing with us as first home owners, made sure she was available when we needed her and if she wasn't available she would make sure we were helped. it was such a daunting experience but if we didn't have Gwenno working alongside with us it wouldve been a complete disaster. she is a credit to Pedder. thank you so much.

GooglePedder were incredible during our move and buying process. They were always available and ready to help. My wife and I couldn't recommend them enough for all their hard work
4/5
GoogleWent through a very very long and protracted purchase of a flat with Pedder, 15 months of uncertainty and legal wranglings (through no fault of their own), but they - namely Sarah and Daniel in the Forest Hill office - guided us through pretty well, and we’re extremely patient withbus in the days when we just wanted to shout at everyone to ask why nothing had changed on the solicitors side. Only reasons it’s not 5 stars: Our initial contact wasn’t particularly good and could have done more to chase the vendor but believe that person has now left, Daniel/Sarah picked up the case from April 2018 and did brilliantly. The other issue is as with all agents you only get about 10 minutes max to look round a property you hope to spend a lot of money on, so you feel like you’re being rushed around. Not unique to Pedder, though of course.

GoogleOur property search with Pedder has been the better than any agency in the area. Their property consultants seek to genuinely understand your needs and the quality of the properties they have is great.
