GoogleI suggest not to take any rental property from them as they look for every possible way to deduct money from your deposit when you left. They even charged me for leaving finger print om the glass. GoogleI have been a tenant for just over a year and I’m very happy with the service provided by the team at Pedder , in particular Travis Potts. He has always been unfailingly polite and professional and has alway done his best to answer my (many) questions efficiently and patiently.

GoogleIzabella was the agent for our purchase, and from start to finish she was friendly, professional, and responsive. The communication throughout the process was fantastic and we really felt we knew where we stood the whole time. Although sh was our seller's agent, we very much felt as thoughts she had the best interests of all parties in mind, which made it a really positive experience. I would happily recommend Pedder to friends in future!

TrustpilotThe agent is a waste of time…
It is practically impossible to arrange a viewing of a property advertised by Pedder. I visited the Herne Hill office to register. Then I called three times to ask for a viewing. A week later there isn't any response.

From the initial phone call, the estate agents at Pedder come across as unhelpful and full of attitude. They racially profile tenants to “advise” the landlords on who would be the best tenants. I viewed a property and made an offer the same day, then to be told 2 days later that the landlord had gone with another offer despite me meeting the criteria. I will never use Pedder again.
