Professional, responsive and helpful - really felt like a cut above all the other agents we spoke to/have come across whilst looking for somewhere to buy. Feels like a smaller more bespoke agent that really takes the time to work with you, doesn't upsell, and is honest and practical. Would strongly recommend.

Great communication, quick turnaround time on questions or requests, and the agents were all incredibly friendly. Were able to set up viewings quickly, and identify other new properties that were similar/matched what I was looking for. Cristina was also wonderful in helping arrange a very quick move-in date, and handling the logistics with the landlord to facilitate the move-in.

GoogleVery Repsonsive, friendly agents who were able to answer any questions we had regarding the property. They helped us find our property and move in with ease. Reyhan Asahinler was a big part of why it went smoothly, and have her to thank for showing us round, responding to our questions and making sure everything went to plan during the move in process!

GoogleJust went in to try and rent my property out and received the worst customer service. This was the 3rd estate agent I’d tried (the first 2 were great and full of info). I asked for some general info on how to rent out my property etc. The man simply responded ‘well what do you want to know?’ I said well let’s start with the price to which he responded ‘15%’. I asked if he has any other info for me and he just said ‘well what do you want to know?’ At this point I just wanted to walk out but asked a simple question just to be polite. I bought with Pedder 5 years ago and thought they were awful then, looks like nothing has changed. Most lazy company in Crystal Palace! I would recommend any other estate agent on the triangle- just avoid this one.

GoogleI have moved into my new flat rented through peddar last month. The process was very smooth and straight forward though landlord took bit of time to take a decision . Scott and Amanda were very friendly and helpful through out the process and kept me upto date about the application progress and they were very flexible to organise a key handover on Saturday which is highly appreciated. Thanks

GoogleHad two viewings with Scott in recent weeks and couldn’t ask for a better agent to show us around. He was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I came away with all the information I needed and a clear understanding of the referencing process. A very different experience to other agents I have viewed with. Would recommend Pedder and Scott within a heartbeat to anyone looking to move in the South London area.

GooglePedder, Forest Hill were amazing from the first pitch meeting to exchange/completion. Everyone in the office was friendly but we were very lucky to get Shannon as our agent as she kept everything on track maintaining a cool head and friendly demeanour even during the rough patches (she could work for the United Nations). I have no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever.
