Summer Purchase

This one is a little late but I wanted to say a big thank you to Phillippa and the team. Earlier in the year we were looking for a property to buy. Phillippa was able to get us in to see a great property in East Dulwich which we were fortunate enough to complete on during the summer. Pedder - South London's shoddiest estate agents

Quick to get you in and take your money in the first place... following that expect a complete lack of communication and respect. Expect a battle on your hands to get something as simple as your own deposit money back.Even the landlord of all people disagreed with them trying to squeeze a ridiculous amount of money out of me in my case, always check with the landlord instead of going directly to these as they are looking to take advantage in a difficult time for living.I really don't think they particularly care about you at Pedder, which is concerning considering how much money you trust them with. Out of the many shoddy estate agents in London, I think Pedder may take the cake.
