Mollie and Vince are absolutely brilliant! They are the agents that guide and support you every step, incredibly communicative and go above and beyond to help move the sale along.We lost our first buyers and within 2 weeks they had helped us secure a new buyer. The process wasn’t smooth due to uncommunicative solicitors but Mollie was incredible with keeping the communication going between ourselves, our buyer and solicitors. I don’t think our sale would have gone through without mollies tenacity!I wish I could work with them for any future moves!

The sale of my property was not straightforward. I lost two 'offerers', one whilst looking for my onward purchase and one after I had found and some weeks into negotiations, which cost me in abortive legal fees, but Pedders found me my ultimate purchasers in a virtually short space of time after that. Carolina is very efficient and was a calming influence every time I was about to implode. Well done. Would not hesitate to recommend her and Pedders in general.

GoogleJosh was really responsive and always took the time to field our questions. We didn’t feel pressured at any point and felt totally in control. Josh and his colleagues were especially effective towards the end of the process where there was a bit of a hiccup with the exchange. I’d definitely use Pedder again.

If we had a query Joshua would answer within about 30 minutes and put our minds at ease. Joshua was our go-to man and offered us great customer care, reassurance and advice.

The last two lettings have been handled by Esme and she has exceeded even the normally high standards of Pedder. Nothing is too much trouble for her. The attention and manner in which she has found suitable tenants and looked after every aspect of the various processes, from introducing them as suitable tenants, to organising all the agreements and other paperwork, has been truly exemplary. She is always a complete pleasure to speak to, friendly and very well informed, who clearly cares deeply about finding the right tenants for my flat, as well as ensuring that the property is also the right home for the tenants. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Esme.
