It wasn't an easy process for various reasons, but Ben was great throughout the process, always excellent communication and mediation between sellers, solicitors in the chain, ourselves, and our agents. Would definitely use Pedder again, if we were to sell.

Pedder did not try to push me in any direction but were always quick to answer all of my queries. Ben West was my main contact throughout the period and did a tremendous job in navigating the sometimes difficult relationships between the various stakeholders. Ben also went beyond his normal duties and helped me on numerous occasions, making the overall process much easier. Would definitely recommend them. Buyer.

Without her intervention we could have been thousands of pounds worse off and the sale would have taken much longer. Cannot recommend the Forest Hill team enough as they were a joy to work with and have a deep understanding of the local community coupled with ample experience. I don't know what magic Pedder do, but a pattern in Crystal Palace is to see another estate agents sign for a few months unsold then a Pedder one goes up and it's sold within a week. They seem to truely sell an area as well as the home. We skipped the first step and Izabella sold our property within a week!
