GoogleAbsolutely avoid this company for Lettings. They found an unsuitable tenant for my house, which they allowed to view my house without my permission and then started doing checks, again without my permission, and when I told them to stop they were rude and ignorant and told me that due to clauses in some contract they say I signed (but could not produce) I owed them costs for not taking the tenant. Absolutely absurd. Office full of cantankerous old women and little girls. Very unprofessional.

She advised, helped and guided us through a complicated process, but the end result was the tenancy being agreed and signed. GoogleUsed for sale of my flat Slow but friendly to deal with initially getting on the market and getting viewings arranged Valued me 5k less than Fenwicks valued my neighbour for the same flat in the same estate put on the same week in a worse condition and I haggled the sale fee down to Fenwicks price too Once sold, the progression side was out of date to actual progress and would go get updates if I asked so not much proactive progressing. Came across blasé about weeks of delays and just letting things plod along Once exchanged I didn’t hear from them until chased on moving day if I was out for buyers. Felt very much like they were looking after the buyer when I was paying the bill Not as good compared to the other end of my chain with Micheal Rhodes who were proactively checking, listing all bits I could do while we wait for other bits, if they couldn’t help they knew who could etc etc

The team were adaptable for viewing times and increased the viewing times for my elderly mother in order for her to be comfortable and not rushed which was incredibly helpful.
