The managing agents arm of this outfit is an utter disgrace, they DO NOT answer queries, they fail to pay bills which in our case has meant communal electricity supplies were threatened to be cut off, contractors did not turn up as they weren't being paid do not use this compcompany if your block is managed by this compcompany drop them as soon as posspossible 🤒

I had a great experience working with these guys. I've had a few bad experiences with letting agencies in the past, but I didn't have a single issue in the two years that I worked with these guys. They were super friendly and professional, and very responsive. I was mainly in contact with Brooke. She's been super helpful and very responsive, and she made my check out process as stress-free as possible.
