GoogleI’m not normally one to leave a bad review, but I currently live in a flat within a building that this company own. The hallway and spiral staircase has had no active lighting for well over a month now which is a health hazard, not to mention when living with a partner that is mobility disabled. On top of this, the intercom buzzers do not work. We raised this in February of this year and have been chasing constantly ever since, the person that looks after our apartment has only answered his phone once in this time. Since then we’ve had the issue with the lights, have called several times and have even raised a complaint now over two weeks old and have still not heard anything back. Every time we call it’s “we’ll chase the manager” over and over again for us to simply be ignored once more. Beyond a joke at this point especially when a complaint is open and an objective health hazard is at play. Brighton is known to have some awful estate agents, but this experience has really brought that up to another level

GoogleReally bad managing agent.Never returns your calls and never gives any info as to what is happening concerning your property. They can quite happily take your maintanance money every 6mths but really don't care about you as a client. Not happy at all.

GoogleOverall very pleasant experience, our initial viewing of one of the rental properties was handled very well, and the whole process of getting all the papers sorted went very smoothly thanks to the help of Symphone and Amber. 10/10, can recommend!

GoogleThe worst customer service ever , they waste of time and unprofessional people , I see with them around 3 studio flats very bad and small and expensive, they ask for holding deposit I did and a guarantor and after all they refused the application in the same time other agencies accepted my application, they even didn’t say the reason when I asked and was only waste of time and the holding deposit I had to chase it to have it back , never again will not recommend..

GoogleExcellent service from Lucy and Simon in the auctions and residential sale department, bringing a property to market and making a timely sale. All emails and calls answered very promptly, efficietly and politely. Inveitably some issues arose in the sale process but were swiftly and effectively dealt with. Recommended, I would definately use their services again

GoogleI’ve used PSB to rent out my house in Brighton for over a decade and then to sell it. I have found the teams in the Lettings and Sales to be unfailingly courteous , thorough and responsive. When I’ve asked for any finance information, or any works to be undertaken they have responded quickly. Excellent service across all the teams who have been involved with this property.
