I’m not normally one to leave a bad review, but I currently live in a flat within a building that this company own. The hallway and spiral staircase has had no active lighting for well over a month now which is a health hazard, not to mention when living with a partner that is mobility disabled. On top of this, the intercom buzzers do not work. We raised this in February of this year and have been chasing constantly ever since, the person that looks after our apartment has only answered his phone once in this time. Since then we’ve had the issue with the lights, have called several times and have even raised a complaint now over two weeks old and have still not heard anything back. Every time we call it’s “we’ll chase the manager” over and over again for us to simply be ignored once more. Beyond a joke at this point especially when a complaint is open and an objective health hazard is at play. Brighton is known to have some awful estate agents, but this experience has really brought that up to another level

(November 2025) July 2025 - A first class experience in all respects in managing a tenancy transfer and deposit transfer arrangement to secure my family accommodation. Simon was with me every step of the way in the auction process giving me his expert guidance and advice. He has such a wealth of knowledge and experience in every aspect of the process and was able to move things on and get to the heart of matters quickly and efficiently and maintained a positive and highly professional attitude throughout. The Auction process was new to me and Simon made navigating it straightforward and effective. Nothing was too much trouble and calls and queries were dealt with quickly and effectively. I would like to thank Wilma Lang and Diego Patti for their incredible work, ensuring that my ceiling was fixed and my living room repainted after a leak from the water tanks. It has been very stressful, worrying about when it would get done. But they were so helpful, kept in touch all the time, and made sure it was done as soon as possible. Also taking into account the time I would need to clear the room, as a single parent of a child with lots of toys! The worst customer service ever , they waste of time and unprofessional people , I see with them around 3 studio flats very bad and small and expensive, they ask for holding deposit I did and a guarantor and after all they refused the application in the same time other agencies accepted my application, they even didn’t say the reason when I asked and was only waste of time and the holding deposit I had to chase it to have it back , never again will not recommend..

We purchased a property at Auction through Simon. This was our first Auction so to be honest felt alien to us. I shouldn't have had any worries because Simon and Adrian were there every step of the way, going the extra mile. Simon is very knowlegeable in all aspects from start to finish and rest assured he will iron out any questions or concerns how ever small this could be. He is always there at the end of the phone, and gets back to you asap. (most important) So I will definitely be buying our next property at Auction without any hesitation what so ever. If you are in the position to buy at Auction do it and you're think why didn't I do it before.
