Parsons Son and Basley have not charged service charge elements for 7 years for our property and then when they loose the management put through back dated charges covering the same period. This is what let’s the industry down.

Found tenants for us very quickly. Good advice given as we are new landlords. Well worth the fee, always easy to get hold of when needed. We are very happy with the service provided.PositiveProfessionalism

Karen (Morris) and Jessica have been a real pleasure to deal with. They are very different to your usual letting and estate agents and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for or looking to bay or rent a property.

Moving is always pretty stressful but Jessica, Karen, Brooke and the gang made for a personable, professional and reassuring service throughout. One of the only agents I've used who treat the tenant like a human not a commodity.PositiveProfessionalism

Leading up to the viewing I had professional exchanges with Ellie by email. She responded quickly and was very friendly. The day of the viewing my husband and I walked 45 minutes to the flat. When it was time for the viewing and nobody came I checked my phone to see a missed call 40 min. earlier. I phoned back and it was the agency. The man on the other end of the phone was short with me and said he tried calling several times and left a voice mail, but the flat was no longer available. I did not have a voice mail and only had the 1 missed call 40 min. before the viewing. It was extremely frustrating as I am pregnant and wasted a lot of time for my husband and I to walk 45 min. to/from the flat. I appreciate the man from the agency said he tried to call, but it was unprofessional to cancel so last minute and then to claim he called several times and left a voicemail when that was clearly not the case according to my phone records. If you use this agency I recommend you stick with Ellie.NegativeProfessionalism

Absolutely would not recommend!! What a total cowboy company! Almost a year now that I’ve had a leak in my ceiling caused by the shoddy state & disrepair of their roof which STILL has not been repaired. Looks like the buckets will remain in my living room over winter!!!!
I don't believe in luck, I believe in trust and understanding, I've been with Miss EVELYN JOSHUA for some YEARS and I've made a good amount of money with her simple strategies of trading. Meeting with her has been the best experience that has happened to me in the past few months and I'm expecting yet another payment from the broker. Scammers are everywhere but to find a reliable trader like Miss EVELYN JOSHUA is not an easy task and my advice for you all is to come over and join her. contact her directly on herWhatsApp:+1(804)391-9232E-mail:evelynjoshua24trades@gmail.com

I have never met a more arrogant and unprofessional group of people in my life. Full of egos and pumped up positions, that at the end of the day couldn't even get the paintbrush out of a packet of painting by numbers! You'll be best watching a 1970s 're run of The professionals to see more action!! We have had the misfortune of excuse the inverted commas of dealing with this bunch. 6 years later we are still waiting for jobs to be done. We do the jobs and they pay for the fact they do nothing. Even the freeholder recognises their lack of professionalism and lack of direction. I'm amazed they can get the bus into work! They fob you off with magical bed time stories. Pluck figures out of the air after counting on the company abacus and hope you don't notice the difference! Nice to see they had a Christmas do. Us leaseholders spent Christmas on a Rota keeping the crumbling staircase up! great to see a new PSB car parked up on their adverts! Guess that's where their professional fees go..shame they couldn't have driven over to see the work they don't do! oh and don't bother commenting on their FB page, the truth hurts so the comments get removed. The owner is appalling in his manner by refusing to communicate with you saying he will leave it to his competent staff! Seriously? One sharpens the pencils, one buys the donuts, one asks what aren't we doing today and another puts the kettle on. oh and the top dog of the day looks up who to bully and intimidate that day as who to threaten with bailiffs. Avoid this company at all costs. They consider themselves to be in charge of your life saying at one point to me " This is what you signed up for and if you can't afford it best you speak to your mortgage company"!!! What the heck...it would be like the bin men asking if I could afford to buy fisn n chips on a Friday!! Steer well clear...hopefully they will be gone soon and we can get a truly professional team who actually want to be recognised as excellent property managers. we can't wait as leaseholders.
I feel exactly the same! I am so angry! October 18th 2019 I first reported my ceiling leaking in my flat and I understand this is because the roof is in desperate need for replacement/full repair. In the words of one of the contractors “it’s like a patchwork quilt up there” and it’s needed doing for some time.Almost a year down the line, still NO work been carried out. I still dread rainy days and since last year I have to have 3 buckets lined up in case it leaks. After much chasing the recent email I had from them I feel is absolute disregard. They’ve known for well over a year that roof needs bloody doing. I’m dreading winter

Very unprofessional in every way. If you are a leaseholder you are just someone to be bullied by these people.

We rented an apartment for 2 years with them and always had great service from Karen and the lettings team. One of the best agencies I’ve rented from!

Arranged a viewing via email. This was needlessly tedious for what it was but we had it arranged and confirmed by email and it was done. That should have been it. The last email received was to tell me I was going to get a text to confirm it and to give me the address. The text showed an address on a different road to the one I was arranging for, but they were right next to each other, and got me to call them to confirm the viewing. So I had an email to tell me to get a text to tell me to call them to tell them I was going to the viewing we had arranged the day before. I asked why the road was different, the guy was clueless as if it was a typographical error. But fine, whatever... that doesn't matter too much. Turns out the reason it was different is that they booked me to view the wrong property and nobody noticed, even when I brought it up. I have no faith in them as a company.

Terrible estate agents, slimy management. I rang to check up on the progress of my accepted offer, only to find I had been gazumped 3 days earlier. No one had contacted me, management gave pathetic and unprofessional excuse. Quite frankly they were rude and patronising. Worst experience I've had in all my time dealing with estate agents.

I am rating the letting and management department of Brighton office, which is relevant to my experience. I own a property in Brighton and I had it fully managed for around 8 years. Different people worked in the letting team, and my experience was always positive with the property being let quickly. When it comes to full management service, the property manager looked after everything from check-in to maintenance and check-out. She also communicated everything clearly and was available when needed, which I was happy with.

They don’t call back...ever They don’t give feedback on offers you have made. They are completely disinterested in interacting with potential clients. We were looking to rent a property for our daughter and, subsequently, to buy a property in Brighton for letting. We wouldn’t trust them to rent anything we own - I wouldn’t touch them with a bargepole. Is that enough?
Hi Stewart, thanks for taking the time to review our lettings department. I’d like to assure you as a firm we aim to provide the best possible service to both existing and prospective clients, when a complaint/poor review is made the relevant steps are taken to ensure our high standards have been upheld. After reviewing correspondence with yourself and our lettings team we feel your claims regarding poor communication and disinterest in your situation are unfair and unfounded. We strongly refute the claim ‘we don’t call back ever’, but would be open to talking about the issues you feel you have faced whilst dealing with us, feel free to call me on 07761 511676 or alternatively, send me an e-mail at matte@psandb.co.uk. Kind regards Matt Eustace, Marketing Officer

Truly awful experience, lie after lie, crooked people willing to con people. On a good note nice to see they deleted some of there fake reviews written by there own auction manager.

I don't know on the landlors side, but surely in a tenant side they have been terrible. I have received petty excuses everyday for a house I wanted to view and different colleagues told me completely different things and now I have lost it. Poor customer service is a euphemism. Strongly non-recommended. Terrible, terrible terrible.

You hear stories of bad estate agents, Parsons Son and Basley are not one of them. They're honest and efficient, in 2 years we didn't have one problem with them. Highly recommend them.

Would highly recommend Parsons, have used them on a professional and personal basis dealing with Karen, Rachel, Jessica who have always been efficient, friendly and competent. I have always felt in extremely safe hands with Parsons. Service is very good.

We just wanted to say thanks to the sales team. For such a big company Nick and Harvey truly do add a personal touch to things. Out of all the agents that we have dealt with over the years, a few stand out and you guys are up there. No hidden agendas with anything. All advice was given in a cool and calm manner. Nick’s valuation wasn’t the highest out of the 4 valuations we received but it was the one we felt was achievable in the tough 2018 market. Both myself and my partner work difficult shifts but the guys worked out how to do viewings around it and made it look easy. The little touches after the sale was agreed were great and the updates throughout the sale were very helpful. Thanks John and Amy
