PSB are the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They took over our block of flats from Graves Jenkins. It was excuse after excuse for not paying invoices and the service was non existent. I still receiving invoices two years later for electricity which wasn’t paid for years. The accountant they used also hadn’t been paid for over two years. Trying to get any sort of handover for my new management company was impossible and I am still discovering things that were just not actioned at the time. A truly awful company and I would strongly recommend you don’t use them.
