Another totally satisfying experience of selling through Oulsnams in Moseley Village. A buyer was found in the first month of putting the house up for sale. Oulsnams do a very good job in helping the seller and buyer and in moving g the sale forward. A key factor for me is their ability to identify genuine buyers.

GoogleThe team at Oulsnam have been great throughout the buying process. Kat initially took us on some viewings which resulted in us making an offer. She was friendly, welcoming, and informative. Debbie was also very helpful during negotiations and later down the line to help get the purchase to completion.

Nothing will come close to describing the outstanding service I’ve received throughout the whole experience! As a first time buyer I’m quite clueless about the process but Karen, Rachel, Anna and the whole team have been amazing throughout the whole process! We had a few issues along the way but they’ve always been extremely pleasant, polite, patient and understanding. They all provided a much better service than I could have imagined, I would highly recommend anyone to visit Oulsnam Bournville, such lovely ladies! All the best to the team 😊

GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Ben, Debbie and the team at Oulsnam on the Hagley Road. My sale went exactly as Ben said it would, he got the marketing price right, despite differing opinions from other local agents. As always Ben's pictures of the property were brilliant and certainly helped secure viewings! 3 months from memo of sale to completion, with Christmas in between! Thank you!

She will find out the answers to my questions, and nothing ever feels too much (like accommodating extra viewings or late viewings) Angela is always quick at responding, willing to help and has contacted me about properties coming to the market she knows I will like. GoogleI placed my property in Northfield with Oulsnam to sell and overall felt they did a very good job. After the first prospective buyer pulled out they were very pro-active and found a second buyer very quickly. They then progressed and provided me with regular updates and saw the sale through to completion. They were always professional, friendly and had experienced staff with good local knowledge. Thanks to Martin and particularly Emily, who was always on hand to offer advice and support, was prompt in her replies to any questions I had and got the sale over the line in the final couple of weeks.
