Jodie was amazing with everything kept me informed at every moment of every step and all I can say is she did above and. Beyond to help me with absolutely everything. I had chosen Oulsnam as they were recommended to me. They didn't let me down. The agent (Gary) was punctual to carry out the initial evaluation. He was friendly and professional and I felt reassured. about the whole process. The board went up promptly. He did all viewings with interested parties and I received all offers by telephone and confirmation by post. The house sold literally the same week and I was updated weekly about progress. Overall I was very pleased with the service provided..

We engaged Oulsnams to sell my late mothers house. It needed some renovation, but the agent came up with a pricing strategy which worked exactly as he thought. A sale was agreed in a couple of weeks, but the buyers were slow in getting their finances in place. Oulsnams acted proactively throughout, finding a solicitor for the buyers when there was a problem, pushing to get papers signed etc. They continued to show round other potential purchasers as a back-up to our slow buyers. Through the process, various agents kept my brother and I informed and each were pleasant and professional throughout. They made a difficult time for us easier in this respect..

From the moment we decided to have the house valued, the agents were commited, professional and strived for perfection in the photographs taken. We decided that we didn't want to put the house on the market until a later date - the agents were fully understanding and when we contacted them a few months later, they were fully supportive in arranging viewings etc to sell the house. Our house sold within one week, we worked with Jenna in completing all the necessary arrangements to ensure we exchanged and completed the sale successfully. Unfortunately, there were many problems along the way from the two people above us in the chain. Jenna was so supportive and really went above and beyond her job description - reassuring the purchasers of our house and working incredibly hard to ensure things were going the right way for our new house. I would highly recommend using Oulsnams to buy or sell a property.

The Hagley Road branch dealt with the sale of our house. Ben dealt with the valuation and was the point of contact during the negotiation of the sale. He was very good to talk to about values and offers. In particular, there was no pressure to accept any offer at any price; rather, the offers could be discussed sensibly so that we could make a decision we were happy with. The photos on the marketing brochure were well taken too, and showed the house to its best.
