GoogleWe met with a few different estate agents when looking to sell our house and both myself and my partner instantly felt comfortable with Oulsnam. Very professional and they really care about you and your property. Our main contacts have been Emily Perks and Natalie but all the rest of the team have been great too. Emily has been outstanding. Always keeping us up to date and she did a great job when showing prospective buyers around our house. She always took onboard any feedback we had and was brilliant at following up after the viewings. I would definitely use Oulsnam if we ever moved again in the future. Thanks for all your help!

We've recently sold our property using Oulsnam Estate Agents, the Northfield Branch. From start to finish staff have been professional and supported us along with what can be a stressful process. Throughout the whole journey one member of staff in particular went above and beyond. Emily Perks, has been amazing!!! She was reassuring, explaining things at each step of the way. If there was something that we did not understand she would take the time to explain and reassure us. The service we received from Emily was very efficient always returning calls, queries chased up and responded too. There was always someone we could get hold of when we needed too in the office. We would highly recommend Oulsnam Northfield based on our experience. We used them in the past in Bromsgrove and had the same kind of service. Very happy.

I sold my house through the Bromsgrove branch and right from the beginning when Tom came out to value my property and selling it in December the team were fantastic. Emma and Amy always communicated with me when there were any updates from my buyers solicitor. All the team were very efficient, polite and very professional.

They came and gave advice on what to do to my house. I was able to have a good chat about the price to try for but also to not be too demanding as it is at present a buyers market. I was happy with the price I got and was sold and moved out quickly. Great team at Northfield!

We used Oulsnam Estate Agents to sell a residential property. Throughout the process, the sales team were helpful and supportive. The process was quite lengthy but we were kept up to date with developments. They were quick to return our calls and made efforts to address any issues in a timely manner. They were upfront about the costs for their services and were always honest and realistic. I would recommend them.
