I have used Robert Oulsnam on several occasions in the past, and they are the first estate agents I would recommend to anyone selling their home, mainly because of the personal service you get from them. I was kept informed with everything from start to finish and want to thank James for the honest valuation of my house and also a big thanks to Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me up to date from day one. Sadly on this occasion the sale of my property fell through because of a really negative survey on the property I was buying.

Other estate agents in the area (kings norton/kings heath Birmingham) had let us down on more than one occasion. They seemed more interested in profit then providing a good experience for the buyer. This is not the case with Robert Oulsnam Kings heath who were fair and helpful from the off. As parents of a disabled child, finding a property that was safe and met their needs was our top priority. The staff at this branch never applied pressure to put in an offer on properties which wouldn't serve our needs and instead worked hard to find us the best property for our family. They guided us at all times, reassuring us that the right one was just around the corner. It was. We are now happy in our home and the experience was made all the more pleasant by working with a team who genuinely cared about the client and didn't apply any underhanded techniques to ensure a sale. Bought a house that was being sold through Oulsnams. The girls were all fantastic in the office. Patient, kind, empathetic. It wasn't an easy transaction and it got a bit edgy but the staff were wonderful throughout. I would definitely use kings heath oulsnams in the future and thank you.

I recently moved to England and wanted to rent a house. I read reviews of real estate companies and found that Oulsnam had very positive reviews, so I decided to choose them. Unfortunately, all my interactions with them have been very disappointing and frustrating. The first time, they forgot to respond to my inquiries twice. The second time, they gave me an appointment, but when I went to the appointment, I didn't find anyone there, not even the residents. I had to wait 45 minutes. I called them and sent them an email, and each time they replied that the visit took place as scheduled. I don't know how this is possible. I even sent them photos of the street and the house to prove that I was at the correct place and time. I honestly don't know why they treated me this way. It's so frustrating.
