Really taking on board what I was looking for instead of trying to sell something to me, professional and reliable in the information she gave and her follow through. GoogleI have recently purchased a property through Oakwood Homes Birchington branch. All the staff, Hayley, Christal and Steve were extremely helpful throughout the lengthy process. Because of a problem with the lease I had the unfortunate experience of having to withdraw from a property I as purchasing ten weeks into the proceedings. I didn't want to break the chain on my sale so Hayley devoted an entire afternoon taking me to alternative properties and I was fortunate to immediately find a property that was even better than the one I was originally buying. There were no hold ups and together with the help of Liz Dack, my lawyer at Boys and Maughan, we caught up and completed within the original time scale. At a time of buying and selling we need both practical and emotional help and all the staff at Oakwood (and Liz) were exceptionally supportive during this stressful time.

Adam had a great knowledge of the market which meant a quick sale and he negotiated well to obtain a price that both parties were very happy with. The sale went through smoothly and without delay. All in all a very professional service. Highly recommended.
