FacebookThe service I have received from Oakwood homes has been impeccable. Both Ethan and Daisy were polite, friendly and professional, I couldn't have wished for a better service. Both agents have kept me updated throughout and made me feel like a valued customer. I would highly recommend using Oakwood homes.

FacebookI looked at a property with a very professional young woman called Louise. She was very knowledgeable about the property and it's history and her client service skills were exceptional. It was refreshing to see a young person with these Old Skool values and manners, which is a credit to herself and the company. Unfortunately the house wasn't for me!!!

FacebookThankyou to everyone for assisting us with the sale of my mothers bungalow following her need to move into residential care. Several buyers and time wasters later, and 12 months of hard work and patience has finally resulted in the completion of this sale. Your support and understanding throughout this whole process has been outstanding. The Harris family

FacebookMy experience of dealing with Oakwood homes was fantastic. Amy Davies in the letting office was brilliant. She dealt with everything in a very professional manner and answered all my questions promptly. She understood that due to the nature of my work I can not answer calls until after 3:30 pm and always (unlike other agents) called me after this time. I will definitely use them again.
Agent replied
Thank you Will and good luck in your new home!

FacebookThey were really professional and took all the hassle out of the sale for me. All the staff were friendly, helpful and supportive. Oakwood Homes staff assessed all interested buyers and made sure that the offers made were good and had potential. I had quite a lot of interest and they met and showed all the potential buyers around. I did have to reduce the asking price, but it wasn't a surprise to me but surprisingly they rescued the sale and achieved a higher price than I anticipated. I am pleased and would happily use them again.

Thanks Graham - we hope your future plans work out well.

FacebookEthan and Stacy were an absolute pleasure to deal with and took into account our personal circumstances as opposed to just blanket rejecting us like other estate agents in the area. Excellent customer service would recommend to friends and family.

Facebookwe use Oakwood lettings for around 12 years. They are a professional company in every way but also they have a intermate relationship with there customers which gose a long way. They always have got new tenants with for us in short timescale so we were not left with an empty flat for very long.

FacebookFrom the valuation through to when our tenant moved in, the entire experience was easy and worry free. Having worked in the property sector myself for 16 years, I found everyone to be extremely professional and experienced, leaving us to feel in very capable hands. A big thank you to Kate, Amy & Claire for all their help in securing an amazing tenant. We wouldn’t use anyone else!
