FacebookI literally don’t have words to describe how wonderful and seamless my experience has been with moving to Oakwood and re-renting my property. It went from a trashed apartment, whilst being managed by another agent, to Kate taking me on, lending me a wonderful handy man, one viewing and a new tenant in around a week! Literally nothing is too much trouble and a huge shoutout to Kate and Amy for calming my nerves and being so brilliant!

FacebookThanks to Oakwood lettings for thier help with getting into my new flat really quickly. I viewed the property within one day of it coming on and was in the property within days which enabled me to have my children as planned during the summer holidays. Amazing service thanks to you all

FacebookWe are currently in the process of buying a property through Oakwood Homes. Our estate agent Georgina Armer has been fantastic! She has been at the end of the phone every time I have a query or a problem. Nothing is too much. We would definitely recommend Oakwood Homes, moving is stressful enough so its great to have support with each step.

FacebookI've got to admit this time around I'm very disappointed with the service I received this time . After a lot of promises we had 3 viewings in 8 months not exactly what I expected and we had to chase it every time and each time was told to drop the price . .

We will look at our systems to see where things slipped - it is a shame that we were not as successful as your last sale with us, but it was not for the want of trying. GoogleI'd like to commend Christel in the Birchington office. She couldn't have been more helpful with my property search. She rung me weekly with properties to view, or simply to find out how my search was going. She was always so cheerful, friendly, helpful and professional, and made my search much more pleasant. A delight to talk to.

FacebookLettings Agents - not usually my favourite people after years of renting! However - the Lettings team at Oakwood Homes are not the usual lettings agents. The team are friendly and approachable, very experienced and ultra efficient and professional. Everything ran smoothly from the first viewing to completion of the application , we were kept informed throughout the process and treated like individuals. Really excellent service from a friendly local company. Highly recommend.

FacebookI had originally considered using Purple Bricks, but took a chance on Oakwood as they seemed to offer a much more personal service. I'm glad I did as my property sale ended up being dragged out due to some unforeseen issues. Debbie did a fantastic job of coordinating everything with our buyer and kept the whole process on track, right through to completion. I can't recommend them highly enough.
