Kate and Amy have been absolutely incredible from start to finish. So much patience with us, promptly answered any questions we had about the property and made us feel welcomed and valued as prospective tenants. Extremely friendly service. Especially in such uncertain times we are in. Amy was fantastic when finalising the tenancy and the whole process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend the goodlord service used too as it made the process so quick. A* Agents. I look forward to them being our property agents moving forward.

Would highly recommend Oakwood Homes Letting Agents. I have lived in one of their properties for almost 6 months now and nothing is too much trouble for them. Kate was fantastic in dealing with my tenancy sign up. My property manager Toni is also brilliant and is very quick to respond. They work really hard with both the tenants and the landlords to ensure communication is quick and clear. Will certainly stay with them as long as I can.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Amy Davies for her patience and for not giving up on my nightmare referencing, no thanks to an accountant that was allergic to answering the phone or emails to provide us with the last piece of paperwork that we needed I was pestering her and Oakwood like mad because I was worried I was going to lose the chance to get the property, but she always took time out to take my calls and even helped me get all the documents uploaded correctly by doing it herself when technically she didn’t have to, and managed to secure me my property. Friendly and professional from start to finish and I can’t wait to move back to Ramsgate and be in my new place. Thanks again Simon Fisher

I would highly recommend Your colleague Alex , via Enquires made to your office by myself I spoke to Alex who was polite and took the time to listen to my needs and searched through the properties available whilst I was on the phone . He then set up a prompt viewing for me . He was very approachable , very friendly and made me feel at ease and he was honest. He was funny and I could tell he was a nice person within a few minutes and that he would genuinely try his best to help me find my new home .

I literally don’t have words to describe how wonderful and seamless my experience has been with moving to Oakwood and re-renting my property. It went from a trashed apartment, whilst being managed by another agent, to Kate taking me on, lending me a wonderful handy man, one viewing and a new tenant in around a week! Literally nothing is too much trouble and a huge shoutout to Kate and Amy for calming my nerves and being so brilliant!
