GoogleI have found Ethan and Stacy from Oakwood homes Margate to be efficient polite and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble for them, I would recommend any one dealing with Oakwood Homes Margate to contact these two young people if in need of help.

GoogleThe lettings team are incredibly helpful for first time private tenants; Lorraine was an integral part of us getting what we really wanted and made sure we understood every step, Leonie (pre-maternity leave) was lovely and bubbly which made it feel less intimidating when house checks were due and we cannot fault accounts which have been seamless. We have been renting through Oakwoods for almost 2 years now. Sometimes contact is a little slow since Leonie's mat-leave when asking about issues or whatever else but nothing too dire. The only thing we would question is the deposit requested for a pet which is half one month's rent which is 4 x what we actually paid to adopt our two cats!

GoogleI needed to assist my brother who has difficulties in finding a flat and went to Oakwood. Oakwood, have from start to finish been outstanding in their understanding of the situation, Maddie dealing with the search and negotiations between the landlord and I, and Amy dealing with the referencing. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient. It has been a pleasure dealing with them.

GoogleEveryone at Oakwood was great at getting me into my new home. The process was quick, easy and they were very helpful with everything. Especially Stacy Cade at Margate and her colleagues Claire, Amy and Ethan. Brilliant service.

Facebookwe use Oakwood lettings for around 12 years. They are a professional company in every way but also they have a intermate relationship with there customers which gose a long way. They always have got new tenants with for us in short timescale so we were not left with an empty flat for very long.

FacebookLettings Agents - not usually my favourite people after years of renting! However - the Lettings team at Oakwood Homes are not the usual lettings agents. The team are friendly and approachable, very experienced and ultra efficient and professional. Everything ran smoothly from the first viewing to completion of the application , we were kept informed throughout the process and treated like individuals. Really excellent service from a friendly local company. Highly recommend.
