FacebookWe now have not had a working oven since 2nd August, apparently if we wasn’t to pay the whole amount of our rent this month we would be breach of our contract but surely Oakwood Homes are in breach of theirs from their actions of this. Not much to recommend from this company I’m afraid

FacebookDon’t have maintenance problems in your property because I guarantee they will not be resolved. One staff member is in no rush to sort anything and when they do they will send the wrong person round which isn’t qualified to do the job.Edit: Once they finally resolved the problem I got asked to take my review down by nikki

GoogleI was undecided as to the sale or letting my property, Thanks to Oakwood Homes expert knowledge of the local property market, my property was let within 72 hours of it being placed on the market. The staff at Oakwood Homes are so helpful and attentive, notably Steve Evans in sales and Lorraine Harris in the lettings departments. I will definitely use Oakwood Homes for my future property requirements.

GoogleVery impressed with Oakwood Homes Lettings department. Maddie and Lorraine did a great job marketing my flat with some super photos and they found me a tenant really quickly. And then Amy and Claire have looked after me since, getting all the paperwork in order and have been really helpful and prompt with any queries I have made.
